A Union City nursing home that was reimbursed more than $510,000 in Medicaid payments it was not entitled to has agreed to pay back the money to the state.

The state Office of the State Comptroller announced the settlement Thursday, noting that the Manhattanview nursing home on Hudson Street was overpaid a total of $510,438 between 2018 and 2022.

Under the settlement, the nursing home will pay the comptroller’s Medicaid Fraud Division three monthly payments of $170,146.
