Auction of Click-to-Call Patents Postponed Until September 30, 2008

Could the Competition in the $45 Billion Online Advertising Industry be Drastically Disturbed by New Ownership of these Click-To-Call Patents?

Originally scheduled for September 16, the auction was postponed for two weeks because of numerous calls and inquiries from interested and qualified parties requesting a little more time to investigate this opportunity. The portfolio claims "any trigger" which launches a "click-to-call" event is embodied in these patents. More than 40 providers and thousands of end users may be infringing on the seller's patents. Click Interconnect Inc. (CLICK), a Florida corporation since 1999, has retained IP Auctions, Inc. to monetize its portfolio of U.S. Patents in the "click-to-call" space. IPAuctions, Inc. is the leading online auction firm specializing in the sale of intellectual property assets. IpAuctions Inc. is a member of the National Auctioneers Association and the ABI. The company is based in Reno, NV. For more information please, contact Joseph Popolo at (775) 826-1300 or visit the web site at www.ipAuctions.com

"We are extremely excited about the opportunity to bring these patents to market. We strongly feel that our "click-to-call" portfolio of patents is uniquely positioned to facilitate growth and add value to the online advertising space," says Mr. Liebster.

One of the key applications for CLICK's patented "click-to-call" technology is in the performance based “pay per call” online advertising arena. According to Charles Stubbs, president of Yellowpages.com: "What we have discovered is that advertisers value a call more than they value a click. This certainly advances us toward a more logical pay-per-call solution." Last December, AT&T (owner of Yellow Pages.com,) purchased Ingenio, the leading pay-per-call provider. The Kelsey Group, projects that "pay-per-call" would become a $1.4 billion to $4 billion industry by 2009. Click-to-call is an essential component of the Pay-Per-Call industry.

CLICK's "click-to-call" patented technology has many other applications, including search-engine-results, online directories, websites, advertising banners, auction-site postings, branded desktop buttons, and any communication delivered via email such as newsletters, statements, order confirmations, opt-in email campaigns, all part of the fast-growing online advertising world.

CLICK's original 1999 patent application was prepared and filed by Mr. Robert E. LeBlanc, a former patent director of Bell Labs. LeBlanc was also involved in the preparation and filing of the applications for the Verizon patents that were recently part of an infringement lawsuit against Vonage. This lawsuit was settled in favor of Verizon in October 2007 for over $120 million dollars.
