Xponential Fitness Prices IPO, Starts Trading Today

Irvine-based fitness brand owner Xponential Fitness, which owns such fitness brands as Club Pilates, Pure Barre, and YogaSix, said last night that it has priced its initial public offering (IPO). The company said it is offering up 10,000,000 shares of its Class A stock at a price of $12.00 per share, and will start trading on the New York Stock Exchange today. The company is trading under the symbol XPOF. The company's IPO was underwritten by BofA Securities, Jefferies and Morgan Stanley, along with Guggenheim Securities, Citigroup and Piper Sandler, plus Baird and Raymond James. The company was founded in 2017.
