Doha: Indian Embassy yesterday said on twitter that there are fake reports being circulated on social media claiming there are changes in quarantine policy for fully vaccinated people entering Qatar. Embassy cautioned residents to check MoPH website for the latest updates.
“There have been FAKE reports on the social media of change in quarantine policy for fully vaccinated Indian Nationals entering Qatar. Please visit MOPH Qatar website regularly for the latest entry policy: https://covid19.moph.gov.qa/EN/travel-and-return-policy/Pages/default.aspx. Reconfirm the same with your airlines,” Embassy said on Twitter.
Some social media posts claimed incorrectly that there are changes in hotel quarantine policy as some people were getting a rejected message from Ehteraz website while registering due to some glitch, which was later rectified.
