These Are Our Favorite Keto Olives for Healthy Snacking

We have been on keto for a while now. And while we eat healthy most of the time, we still have to snack sometimes. But, we don’t want to eat a bagel, because it has carbs. And we don’t want to eat a handful of nuts, because they are too high in calories. How can we snack on something that is both healthy and low in calories? We’ve discovered that the answer is in the olive.

There are some people out there looking for something different. You know, that special snack that won’t make you feel like crap after eating it. That indulgence that won’t send you into a sugar coma. That snack that will keep you happy, focused and feeling great. Something that will keep you slim and fit. What if I told you there was such a snack? It’s called a Keto Olive.

Are you following a keto diet? If so, then you’ll already know about the keto snacks you need to eat. But just in case you don’t, here’s a handy list of keto snacks to get you started.. Read more about keto snacks and let us know what you think.

We like juicy, salty olives; they’re tasty and go well with spaghetti. If you’re hosting a keto party, you may also sit at the cheese table! Olives are not just a delicious keto snack, but they’re also high in oleic acid, a monounsaturated fat that lowers cholesterol and reduces the risk of heart attack. Furthermore, these fats make you feel fuller for longer, lowering your risk of overeating.

Here are a few of our personal favorites when it comes to keto olives:
