“It’s a different time, so I don’t feel ashamed saying that. I couldn’t lose the baby weight … I was lucky enough that with four of my babies, I lost the baby weight afterward,” Spelling, 50, continued.

Before turning to the Type II diabetes drugs, the mom of six claimed she was “fortunate” enough to stay naturally thin, especially because she hates drinking water and working out.

“My whole life I didn’t diet,” she said. “I was born with really good genes.”

Spelling explained the heaviest she had ever been was 120 pounds until she welcomed her sixth child with her estranged husband, Dean McDermott, in March 2017.

“After Beau I was 160 [pounds] and I couldn’t lose the weight,” the actress furthered, adding she was 44 years old at the time. “The doctor was like, ‘Well it’s an age thing.'”

She attempted to work out and switch up her diet, explaining she’d eat protein and practice intermittent fasting.

“It just wasn’t working,” the “Trick” star said.

It wasn’t until the actress went to her doctor to get hormone treatments for menopause that she decided to try out the weight-loss drugs.

The “Scary Movie 2” star explained she first tried Ozempic before switching to Mounjaro after not seeing any results.

“I’m no longer on it but I did lose weight,” she said of the latter. “I haven’t been on it since end of January.”

Spelling added, “I did go off of it because I didn’t want to lose too much weight.”

Elsewhere in the podcast, the actress got candid about her “intact” lady parts after delivering five of her kids through C-section.

“I have to go on record and brag for a second that my OB-GYN says that I have the lady parts of a 14-year-old, cause it’s intact,” she shared.

The actress and McDermott, who are divorcing, share kids: Liam, 17, Stella, 15, Hattie, 12, Finn, 11, and Beau, 7.
