Kim Kardashian is hard at work promoting American Horror Story: Delicate, but if you thought having a project to promote would stop her from talking about herself, you'd be wrong.
Ahead of AHS's finale, Kim Kardashian stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live! and chatted at length about every other tidbit of her life but AHS. After Kimmel played a snippet of the series finale, Kardashian simply added: “It's so funny, I can't watch it back. I get so nervous. I can watch my show, but I can't watch anything [else I'm in.] I don't know, I get so nervous.” And that was essentially the acting convo done.
Elsewhere in the conversation, Kardashian did get a lot more revealing, sharing a handful of “fun facts” — from being Madonna's dog walker when she was a preteen to her strange phobia of cardboard coffee cup sleeves. Yes, you read that right.
Towards the end of the conversation, Kimmel asked Kardashian to fact-check online claims about herself. She admitted to blowdrying her jewelry and metal accessories before putting them on so she doesn't feel cold, always washing her feet before getting into bed, sleeping with her eyes slightly open (let's not even get into that), and finally, the pièce de résistance: her hate cardboard coffee cup sleeves.
“You have someone take the sleeves off your coffee because you hate the sound of cardboard?" Kimmel asked, to which Kardashian replied: ”Yes, that's true, and I hate the feeling." Kardashian clarifies that she doesn't have a specific person hired with this job description — though, honestly, we wouldn't have put it past her — but rather whoever she is with does the favor for her, and she can't see it being done, hear it, or feel it; otherwise, she cringes.
“The cardboard getting moved off of the cup is like nails on a chalkboard to me,” the star continued, also clarifying her problem is with disposable, cardboard coffee cup sleeves specifically and not just cardboard. Mmm, if only there was a solution for that, like, I don't know, getting a non-cupboard reusable one? There are multiple options on the market — from silicone and neoprene to leather — so you are welcome for the tip, Kim!
