Country music legend bartends to own music, patrons sing along

Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood celebrated the one-year anniversary of their bar, “Friends in Low Place,” by slinging drinks for patrons in Nashville.

“Here’s to one of a hundred,” Brooks said in a video posted on social media.

The country music power couple tended bar to the delight of patrons, who sang along to Brook’s famed tune.

“One year down and what a way to celebrate!

“Serving up some Cheers in a Cup to CHEERS an unforgettable experience and many more to come!”

“Friends in Low Places” is located on Broadway in Nashville.

According to Taste Of Country, the honky-tonk includes four floors occupying 55,000 square feet. The first, second and fourth floors are open to the public, while the third floor is reserved for private parties and events.

In October, Brooks was accused of sexual assault and battery, based on a lawsuit obtained by CNN.

The complaint, filed in a state court in California on Thursday, states the alleged incidents occurred in 2019. “Jane Roe,” who worked as a hairstylist and makeup artist, claims she was raped by Brooks during a work trip.

Brooks had previously denied the claims.
