Frito-Lay has recalled less than 1,300 bags of Tostitos Cantina Traditional Yellow Corn Tortilla Chips due to an undeclared milk allergen. The recall impacts 13-ounce bags that feature specific code dates and manufacturer codes. The list of codes can be found here.

The chips were available at retail locations on online in the following states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia. The chips were available to consumers as early as March 7, 2025.

The recall is necessary as the bags may contain nacho cheese tortilla chips, which are made with milk. However, milk was not a declared ingredient on the packaging, creating a potential health risk for those with an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk. So far, no allergic reactions have been reported in connection to the recalled chips.

If you have an allergy to milk, you should not consume the chips. For more information on the recall, you can contact Frito-Lay at 1-800-352-4477 (9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. CST, Monday-Friday) or online.
