More than 1,000 bags of Tostitos Cantina Traditional Yellow Corn Chips are being recalled for containing an undeclared allergen.

Frito-Lay issued a recall for a limited number of 13-ounce bags, as these chips could contain nacho cheese tortilla chips and may contain undeclared milk.

“Those with an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk run the risk of a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume the recalled product,” the recall states.

Affected products were distributed to retailers across 13 states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia.

Customers would have been able to purchase these chips as early as March 7.

No allergic reactions have been reported as of March 27.

Products affected by the recall include 13-ounce bags of Tostitos Cantina Traditional Yellow Corn Chips with both a “Guaranteed Fresh” date of May 20, 2025 and one of the following manufacturing codes:
